About Stacey…

Hi, I’m Stacey Chadwick, covenant daughter of God, wife, proud mom of four and women- centered life coach. Since 2018, I’ve been helping moms and teens create balanced, fulfilling lives rooted in faith, family, and fitness. My mission is to guide moms and young women toward harmony by building confidence, strengthening relationships, and achieving personal goals—all while staying connected to , and centering around Christ.

Before becoming a coach, I spent years as a hairstylist. During that time, I noticed something profound: many women and young women came seeking an external transformation but were truly yearning for inner change and lasting confidence. This realization sparked my own journey of self- discovery and led me to pursue certifications in personal training, nutrition (Precision Nutrition Level 2), sleep, stress management and recovery, Christ Centered Coaches, and life coaching through BYU-Idaho where I am currently working on my bachelors in marriage and family relations.

My coaching philosophy revolves around three pillars of living a life in harmony: Faith, Family, and Fitness:

One of my favorite coaching moments involved leading a group of young women on an unforgettable rappelling adventure as their Young Women’s president. Together, we anchored our ropes to a steadfast rock—a powerful metaphor for anchoring our lives to Christ. This experience not only helped build their confidence but also helped deepen their faith. I also enjoy serving in the community as a coach at a local cheer gym.

Whether you’re a mom striving for balance or a parent seeking guidance for your teen daughter’s growth, I’m here to help you and your teen find harmony in your life.

Let’s work together to embrace your worth today while building the future you envision.

When life gets hard and responsibilities at home and work pile one on top of the other, it’s easy to let our overall wellness and most important relationships slip.

But for most of us, there comes a time when we realize things must change.

My goal is to help you unleash the power inside you as you strengthen your body, spirit, and family.

This program is for people who want to find the power of healing and hope with Christ as He is incorporated in their journey. With Christ all things are possible (Mark 10:27). He is the true healer and restorer of souls.

Let’s face it, life it BUSY! While being mom may be at the top of your priority list it can be so hard to know how and when to show up with all that you are balancing. Maybe your marriage is suffering or your children are acting out and you just don’t feel like you can possibly give any more.

If you’ve tried something before and “failed” — or just can’t stick with it — know that you’re not alone. And it’s not your fault. After all, self-directed training and nutrition programs fail 98 percent of the time. Not to mention, after many years in the fitness industry, I’ve seen dozens of diet and exercise fads come and go. That’s why I don’t follow fads. Instead, I’ll teach you doable daily actions that are designed to fit into a busy lifestyle. Bottom line: I’ll help you make fitness and nutrition a part of your life, without it taking over.

I live and breathe this stuff every day, and have dedicated my professional life helping people like you become fitter, stronger, healthier and more in tune than ever.

Whatever obstacles arise, I’ll help you overcome them by modifying your program or offering new solutions. In the end, know that I’m here to support you every step of the way, no matter what life throws at you.

As a lifelong practicing Latter-day Saint, Stacey believes that we are children of Divine Parents: a Heavenly Father and Mother whose greatest gifts to us are our physical bodies and the opportunity to grow and better ourselves blessed to live in family units that take nurturing and love.

Holding to these fundamental teachings, she has felt her self-worth blossom. She has realized that to maintain her overall health she needs to ignore the harmful cultural messages regarding ideal body shape and to, instead, actively tend to both her physical well-being, spiritual well-being while strengthening family connections.

That’s where she’s found true peace and that’s where she’s rooted her personal spiritual practices and her practice as a life coach, personal trainer and nutrition coach: working to bring the body, spirit, and family into harmony.
